Please read the following lines carefully before using this software. If you disagree with any of the following, you are not allowed to use this program. You MUST then delete it immediately.

License of this version is the same as license of the WordPress itself, full text can be found at http://wordpress.org/about/license/
KC Tools PHP version
This is a commercial version. You are allowed to use this program „as is”, where and when you like, to install it as many times as you need, as long as it is used by only one person. Contact me for corporate use, we will find some way for mutual benefit.
You are not allowed to modify it, give this program or parts of it to other people by any way and any media, include but not limited to gift, sell, resell, pack together with a program, site or a book, or save/leave at some archive, library, computer or server, where others can use it, or save/archive it at medias, where other people can find and copy it. Also can not use this program or parts of it in other projects and packages. If you have some idea to distribute or use in a package or project, please ask permission from the author.
You can have one of two commercial licenses of this program:
One version license: You buy and have existing version. Forever. No upgrade to new versions is possible.
Developer license: You buy and have existing version. When new versions are realized, upgrade is free for you, you will get a message. Same for updates and bugfixes. Forever.
Liability
I try to keep my software as bug-free as possible. But it's a general rule (Murphy's...), that no software ever is error free, and the number of errors increases with the complexity of the program. That's why I cannot guarantee that this software will run in every environment, on any machine, together with any other application, without producing errors. Also it depends of many other software products. Any liability for damage of any sort is hereby denied. In any case, the liability is limited to the registration fee.
Please test this program with non-critical data. I cannot guarantee the safety of your data. If you detect errors, please do your best to describe them in-and-out to me. Any description of bugs will be accepted, but I cannot guarantee that I will be able to correct them.
